Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Available domestic shipping options include:

 

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
Rate calculated by weight and destination at checkout

 

Expedited Shipping

Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days
Rate calculated by weight and destination at checkout

 

Overnight / Express Shipping

Estimated delivery: 1 business day (orders must be placed before 12 PM EST)
Rate calculated by weight and destination at checkout

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the weight of your order.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the item or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

  

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. However, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier and/or your local post office.

 

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on how to initiate a return or exchange. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
